Museum of Design Patron Preview event
02/09/2010 - By Atlanta, GA

Museum of Design Patron Preview event

In celebration of Atlanta’s diverse mix of certified green building projects, the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) presents ATLANTA: Beyond Bricks & Sticks, an exhibition that will travel to some of the city’s high-profile venues during 2010.

Spotlighting many of the metro area’s outstanding design examples, MODA’s Atlanta: Beyond Bricks & Sticks tells the stories of the people who live, work, learn and play in the city’s sustainable structures.

The exhibition opened with a Patron’s Preview in February at the first stop on the metro-wide “tour,” World of Coca-Cola. During the evening, guests were able to experience the exhibit and particularly enjoyed the interactive aspects.

MODA Executive Director Brenda Galina and Barry Berlin with Kendeda Fund, one of the exhibition’s sponsors, thanked everyone who had a hand in creating and installing the exhibition to helping to spread the green message which with ATLANTA: Beyond Bricks & Sticks comes in the form of red cubes.
