American Cancer Society's 2nd Annual Softball Invitational

American Cancer Society's 2nd Annual Softball Invitational

On September 12th, 6 corporate softball teams throughout Manhattan came together to play ball for the American Cancer Society's 2nd Annual Softball Invitational.

With a single goal in mind -to take home not only the championship prize, but also the bragging rights -Hailey Development did just that! Hailey was not only the champion on the field with a 9-1 victory over NHL, but they also walked away as the Top Fundraising Team, bringing in over $8,500.

It was a rainy day but this didn't stop the team members, family and friends from coming out to support our battle against cancer. Sponsored by Hailey Development, Roundarch, Mediaedge:CIA and NHL and with the help of participating teams, Wunderman Bombers and Synergy Bain the tournament raised close to $24,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Planning is underway for next year's tournament, so if you're interested in either participating or joining the planning team, please be in touch with the tournament Chairman, asap: Rich Zuckerman -rich.zuckerman@gmail.com.
